Dodging Obstacles to Get Past the Job Gatekeeper

On the other end of the spectrum, associates passed over for partnership may also be seeking new employment opportunities. With the mergers of law firms and companies, many lawyers who were downsized are already pursuing new jobs. And some attorneys are just looking for a new challenge.
