1st DCA Stomps on Moby Grapes Ex-Manager's Rights

SAN FRANCISCO - It seems this city's '60s rock 'n' roll scene remains a relic at least in the courts. The 1st District Court of Appeal ruled Friday in favor of the members of the rock band Moby Grape in a contract dispute with their original manager stemming back to the city's Summer of Love days.
