ChevronTexaco Unloads Interest in Texas Refinery

ChevronTexaco Corp. has sold its interest in a Texas refinery, with legal help from Pillsbury Winthrop. The San Ramon-based oil company sold the facility to Western Refining Co. in late August. The El Paso refinery processes 90,000 barrels of crude oil daily, producing gasoline, diesel and other products sold in the Southwest.
