Magistrate Has Perfect Background for Her Post

LOS ANGELES - Lawyers say Suzanne H. Segal has the perfect background to be a magistrate judge. She spent 12 years in the civil division of the U.S. attorney's office, where she served as both plaintiffs' and defense lawyer on behalf of the government.
