Bustamante's Funding of Anti-54 Ads Fails Review
SACRAMENTO - A Superior Court judge ruled Monday that Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante was wrong to use millions of dollars from his 2002 campaign committee to fund ads opposing a ballot measure that feature him while he runs for governor, but that he acted in good faith.
