Santa Barbara Judge Resumes Work
SANTA BARBARA - Judge Diana R. Hall has resumed her seat on the Santa Barbara County Superior Court bench, court officials said Monday. Assistant Presiding Judge Rodney S. Melville said the court approved Hall's return to the bench because she no longer faces felony charges. Under state law, judges with felony convictions are removed from the bench.
