City Settles Fishy Case With Fines

SAN FRANCISCO - The city attorney agreed Monday to settle a code enforcement lawsuit against former port commissioner Pius Lee. Lawyers struck the deal just two days before a court hearing to determine whether San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera should be deposed in the case.
