LinkedIn GC to step down

LinkedIn Corp. general counsel Erika F. Rottenberg will step down from the company's top legal role in August, the company announced Thursday.
Rottenberg became the professional networking company's first in-house counsel and chief legal office in 2008, and in 2011 she oversaw the company's $352.8 million initial public offering.
