Quadriplegic Man Fights to Get a Visa for His Fiancee

George Haas thought his life was finally starting to turn around. Haas, 35, requires round-the-clock medical care because of gunshot injuries inflicted in 1985 that rendered him a quadriplegic and unable to cool off by sweating.
