Lockyer Says He Will Sue Enron
SACRAMENTO - Attorney General Bill Lockyer said Tuesday he plans to sue Enron Corp. for allegedly manipulating the California energy market during the state's 2000-01 energy crisis.
"The action will focus on the various gaming strategies with the colorful nicknames we all know," said Lockyer spokesman Tom Dresslar in an e-mail message to reporters.
