Attorney Must Pay $1.25 Million Judgment

LOS ANGELES - Jurors didn't have all the facts when they hit attorney Milton Grimes with a $1.25 million legal malpractice judgment for allegedly failing to litigate a wrongful death lawsuit over the police killing of a Gardena man, Grimes' lawyer said Monday.
