Entertainment Figure Admits Embezzlement

LOS ANGELES - Cody Cluff, the former head of the Entertainment Industry Development Corp., pleaded no contest Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court to a felony embezzlement charge, admitting he had used public money for personal expenses.
