Macy's Settles Overcharging Investigation
LOS ANGELES - Macy's West Inc. agreed Friday to pay $1.6 million in civil penalties and costs to four counties and the city of San Diego for overcharging at department stores throughout the state, the Los Angeles County district attorney's office announced.
