TUSTIN - Attorney Greg Fitzgerald moves through his bar on a recent Tuesday evening, shaking hands with the regulars. His cell phone rings. It's a client. Wearing a suit and tie, Fitzgerald discusses a quitclaim deed while heavy metal's Ozzy Osborne shrieks from a jukebox in the background, men with unfashionable mustaches play pool and waitresses serve potent refreshments.
