Duane Morris hosts class on e-discovery process
Duane Morris LLP hosted an e-discovery class at its San Francisco office Wednesday featuring advice from Duane Morris partner Eric J. Sinrod, Charles Schwab & Co. Inc.'s Chief Litigation Counsel Lowell Haky, and Teris LLC Director of Business Development Alex Lubarsky.
Sinrod said e-discovery is becoming so arduous in some cases that avoiding it has become a major topic at the negotiating table.
