Delay Denied In Alleged Ticket-Fixing

SAN JOSE - Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge William Danser will not be allowed to postpone his response to a Commission on Judicial Performance complaint about alleged ticket-fixing until after his criminal trial on many of the same charges.
