Federal panel upholds ruling tossing condo owners' fraud case
A federal appellate panel Tuesday affirmed a district court ruling throwing out a securities fraud case brought by purchasers of condominiums at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel.

A federal appellate panel Tuesday affirmed a district court ruling throwing out a securities fraud case brought by purchasers of condominiums at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel.
A panel of three 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judges affirmed the holding of U.S. District Court Judge Dana M. Sabraw, who granted a motion to dismiss the condo owners' amended complaint in which they contended their investments cost them millions....
