Representing the San Francisco 49ers football team in its relocation from Candlestick Park to Santa Clara was no ordinary real estate deal, Gennis said.


He serves as the lead transactional real estate attorney on the deal, responsible for negotiating and drafting the stadium lease agreement between the Santa Clara Stadium Authority and the Forty Niner Stadium Co. for the team's new $1.3 billion, 68,500 seat venue.
