District attorneys in California are taking a hard line on marijuana infractions, panelists at the American Bar Association annual meeting said Saturday.
"A culture of prosecutions" exists in Los Angeles, said Allison Margolin, a criminal defense lawyer who bills herself as "L.A.'s dopest attorney."
