Circuit remands claims against prison officials in case over inmate suicide

The family of a man who committed suicide in prison will be able to seek damages against a number of prison officials, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled Wednesday, vacating part of a district court's summary judgment.
