SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge will allow Kmart Corp. to move toward settling a lawsuit filed by former cashiers over the retailer's failure to provide "suitable seating" for workers but laid out his concern Tuesday that class members were not receiving enough of the $280,000 Kmart has agreed to pay.
