NSA surveillance case consolidated in Northern District
A lawsuit filed on behalf of First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles and others claiming the National Security Agency's recently disclosed surveillance program violates their First Amendment rights was moved to a Northern District judge handling a similar case alleging the government's surveillance is unconstitutional.
