Kmart will resolve all claims from three former cashiers suing the retailer for not providing seated work stations, according to a document filed in California's Northern District Wednesday. The settlement - which will total $280,000 - includes former cashier Lisa Garvey, a plaintiff who represented a class of cashiers from a Tulare Kmart and lost in a class action trial in December.
