Kmart settles suitable seating suits
Kmart will resolve all claims from three former cashiers suing the retailer for not providing seated work stations for a total of $280,000.

Kmart will resolve all claims from three former cashiers suing the retailer for not providing seated work stations, according to a document filed in California's Northern District Wednesday.
