Opening statements kicked off Tuesday in a federal trial alleging the price fixing of flat panel displays.

Opening statements kicked off Tuesday in a federal trial alleging the price fixing of flat panel displays. Attorneys for Minnesota-based Best Buy Corp., which is bringing the lawsuit, accuse HannStar Display Corp. and Toshiba Corp. of conspiring to fix the price of LCD panels used in cell phones and digital cameras, among other devices.
