Flat panel display makers face another price-fixing trial

Makers of flat panel displays have already coughed up more than $1 billion to settle class action claims that they conspired to fix the prices of their products. But there are other plaintiffs hoping to get even more in damages.

SAN FRANCISCO - Makers of flat panel displays have already coughed up more than $1 billion to settle class action claims that they conspired to fix the prices of their products. But other plaintiffs hope to get hundreds of millions more in a trial scheduled to start Monday.


Jury selection is scheduled to begin in the Northern District of California for some of those plaintiffs, including Best Buy Co....
