A Los Angeles jury returned a verdict in favor of rocket engine builder Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne in an age discrimination trial Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The plaintiff, a former manager and engineer with the company, was 76 when he was included in a round of layoffs.
