Howrey settles three clawback cases

The Howrey LLP estate resolved unsettled business claims with Dickstein Shapiro LLP, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC and Novak Druce Connolly Bove & Quigg LLP on Monday.

SAN FRANCISCO - The Howrey LLP estate on Monday resolved claims against three of the law firms it accused of wrongly taking unfinished business from Howrey after it dissolved without compensating the defunct firm.


Dickstein Shapiro LLP, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC and Novak Druce Connolly Bove & Quigg LLP all agreed to settle claims related to their hiring of former Howrey partners. <...
