Judge's Duty: To Educate Jurors

FRESNO - Civility is not optional in Judge Kent "Buck" Levis' courtroom. It says so in bold, capital letters at the bottom of a list the Fresno Superior Court judge gives to attorneys at the beginning of every trial.
