RANCHO CUCAMONGA - In what is being called one of the largest office leases in the Inland Empire during the past two years, State Farm Insurance leased 52,000 square feet of Class A office space in The Atrium at Empire Lakes office building at 10861 Sixth St. from Fowler Flanagan Partners for five years at $5 million. Tom Pierik and Dave Mudge of Lee & Associates represented the lessor while Dennis Richardson and Mark McAdams of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessee.
