Every American Should Pay Some Income Tax

Forum Column - By Robert R. Eberle - There is a saying in America that, "There are only two sure things in life: Death and taxes." Unless the fountain of youth is discovered, I think we can still count on passing from this earth at some point. However, the paying of taxes is not the certainty it once was. With each passing tax bill, more and more Americans are no longer paying income taxes. Thus, the question arises: Should these nontaxpayers have a say in America?
