MTV Networks Adds to Presence In Santa Monica
MTV Networks is taking on additional office space in Santa Monica, its West Coast headquarters. MTV, a division of Viacom International Inc., signed a five-year, $5.5 million lease at the end of July. Kilroy Realty Corp. leased the 45,000 square-foot building at 1633 26th St. to the cable music network. The building is next door to its current offices at 2600 Colorado Blvd.
