Only Strong, Focused Policy Can Resurrect Bull Market
Forum Column - By Raymond J. Keating - From the early 1980s to about 2000, the bulls generally reigned supreme on Wall Street. Alas, during the past couple of years, and particularly in recent months, the bears have overrun the stock market. Is there anything that can be done on the policy front to help get the bulls back in the game? Considering many of the issues worrying the markets, implementing a strong and clear economic policy agenda certainly would boost the bulls.
