Reorganization Star Leads Firm

Cecily Dumas, a corporate reorganization partner with San Francisco's Murphy Sheneman Julian & Rogers, has been elected managing partner of the 46-lawyer firm's San Francisco office. Dumas replaces Craig Gilliland, who will retire from the firm Sept. 1 after 22 years.
