Bench Officer's Retirement Leads Deputy DA, Judge to Run for Seat

Another bench vacancy will be created in the Los Angeles Superior Court when Judge Reginald Dunn retires at the end of October. Dunn, 71, has decided to retire before his term ends in January. Vying for his seat in the November election are Deputy District Attorney Richard Walmark and John Gutierrez, a workers' compensation judge.
