The California Judges Association has elected San Diego County Superior Court Judge David M. Rubin as its next president.
The California Judges Association has elected San Diego County Superior Court Judge David M. Rubin as its next president. Rubin, who will take office at the association?s annual meeting in September, will become the first openly gay person to lead the organization.
