Yahoo Wins Defense Verdict in Patent Case

Yahoo Inc. won an Eastern District of Texas verdict Tuesday that it did not infringe the Linux-related patent of a holding company.

After deliberating just 40 minutes, an Eastern District of Texas jury ruled Tuesday that Yahoo Inc. did not infringe the Linux-related patent of a holding company. Yar R.
