RPX Raises $160 Million in IPO

RPX Corp., a San Francisco-based company that acquires patents for technology company clients to defend against infringement complaints, raised nearly $160 million during an initial public offering on Wednesday.

PALO ALTO - RPX Corp., a San Francisco company that acquires patents for technology company clients to defend against infringement complaints, raised $159.6 million during a successful initial public offering Wednesday.
