Trustees Sue Bryan Cave Over Legal Advice

Trustees for a bankrupt real estate venture are suing the law firm and one of its lawyers for more than $100 million alleging they turned a blind eye to accounting and disclosure violations.

Trustees for a bankrupt real estate venture are suing international law firm Bryan Cave, LLP for more than $100 million, alleging it looked the other way while principals for the failed enterprise it was advising repeatedly broke the law, worsening losses for thousands of investors and creditors.
