Italian Salesman Pleads Guilty in FCPA Case

Federal prosecutors obtained a third felony plea deal in their ongoing prosecution of executives from an Orange County-based valve manufacturer accused of a global bribery conspiracy.

An Italian citizen and former sales executive for an Orange County manufacturing company pleaded guilty to a felony in what federal prosecutors have called a long-running, international bribery scheme.
