Ekco Metals buys building it previously leased

Ekco Metals purchased a 3,300-square-foot industrial building in San Diego for $1.3 million. Isaac Little and Marko Dragovic of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the company in the transaction.

Ekco Metals purchased a 3,300-square-foot industrial building in San Diego for $1.3 million.

Isaac Little and Marko Dragovic of Lee & Associates -- North San Diego County represented Ekco Metals in the acquisition.

The seller was JDL Corp., which was represented by Burr & Temkin.

Ekco, one of the largest handlers of non-ferrous metals on the West Coast, occupied the property prior to the purchase as a tenant and will continue to operate from the location.
