Judge raises concerns about proposed Uber settlement

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge on Thursday voiced raised many skeptical questions surrounding whether he should preliminarily approve a $100 million settlement accusing Uber Technologies Inc. of misclassifying its drivers and not reimbursing them for expenses.
