Jury awards $13.9 million to man injured in accident caused by county public defender

The driver, Donald Prigo, attempted to make a left turn in Norwalk in 2013 when he failed to yield to oncoming traffic and caused a chain reaction injuring a 19-year-old, plaintiff's attorneys said.
