Monster gets Apple VP, not CEO, for Beats deposition

Attorneys for Monster LLC won the right to depose Apple Inc. senior vice president Eduardo Cue for a lawsuit against Beats Electronics LLC, but a deposition from Apple CEO Timothy Cook will, for now, elude the company.
