LOS ANGELES - Most corporate executives talk about capping legal fees in terms of tort reform and plaintiff fees. But eight indicted former KPMG executives are dealing with the matter in a different context: Their former employer capped expenditures for their defense at $400,000, according to three attorneys involved in the case.
