Justices Will Review Reversal of Anna Nicole Smith's Judgment

WASHINGTON - Anna Nicole Smith's long-running, headline-grabbing legal saga over her husband's fortune got a new lease on life Tuesday when the Supreme Court agreed to review a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that reversed an $89 million judgment in Smith's favor and ordered the dismissal of her claims.
