Citing Legal Fees, Judge Stalls Oracle CEO's Unusual Insider Trading Settlement

REDWOOD CITY - A proposed settlement of an insider trading lawsuit that would have resolved the case by allowing Oracle Corp. Chief Executive Officer Larry Ellison to pay $100 million to charity got a skeptical reception Monday from San Mateo County Superior Court Judge John Schwartz.
