OFFICE SANTA CLARA - Pacific Coast Capital purchased the Regency Plaza, a 13-story office tower at 2350 Mission College Blvd., for $40.5 million. The buyer changed the name of the 232,955-square-foot building to Mission City after the purchase. Larry Blickman of BT Commercial Real Estate/NAI represented the buyer and the seller, Lennar Partners.
