Child Sues Eatery for Causing Virus That Hospitalized Him

LOS ANGELES - An unidentified child who repeatedly threw up at a Chuck E. Cheese's in San Bernardino County spread a stomach virus that infected 45 patients, including 6-year-old Michael Nighbert.
