Federal Judge: Don't Consider Me for State High Court

SAN FRANCISCO - U.S. District Judge Morrison England Jr. has withdrawn his name from consideration to succeed Janice Rogers Brown on the California Supreme Court, apparently out of concern he would have diminished retirement benefits as a state judge.
