Ellison Settles, Will Give $100M to Charity

SAN JOSE - In a tentative settlement unprecedented in its size, Oracle Corp. Chief Executive Officer Larry Ellison has agreed to pay $100 million to charity to resolve an insider trading civil lawsuit scheduled to go to trial later this month in San Mateo County Superior Court.
